On the morning of Saturday, July 1^st, acclaimed Grammy Award-winning musician Erik Lawrence returns to Modern Druid for another Tea and Music Meditation event.

Erik will start us off with a musically guided meditation to celebrate the new day, inviting us to join together in deep breath and begin a journey that will continue as we sit for tea service in the style of traditional Chinese Tea practice.

After a brief introduction to the practice the Tea becomes its own meditation, Erik will share with us music that he has created specifically for the purpose of tea mediations.
