Shadow work facilitates a deep and intimate relationship with your core self, your patterns. These are the woven structures our outward self is created from. It is here that we find the Key to unlock those pieces of ourselves, but first we must find the Torch so we can reveal what is there waiting to be seen.

This workshop will give you the tools to go deeper and explore your Shadow, learn how to cut away what doesn’t serve you, and how to adapt to the changes within. Each participant will work with at least one pattern, and through meditation and visualization, we will be able to observe, acknowledge, accept, integrate, and release a personal Shadow or pattern.
