Ingredients:

Stinging Nettles Urtica Dioica, Goldenrod Solidago gigantea, Eyebright Euphrasia officinalis, Licorice Glycyrrhiza glabra  

Serving size 1-2tsp per 8 ounces of hot water or to create a stronger infusion, add 1 oz of herbs to a quart jar and pour hot water over. Let infusion brew for a minimum of 4 hours, strain and serve hot or iced.
