Directions: Run a hot bath and add 5 - 6 scoops of salts running water or place in the steeping bag to contain material (salts will dissolve). Stir to distribute salt. Soak for 20-30 minutes for best results.

Foot Bath: Add 3- 4 scoops of bath salts into a basin of hot water. Stir to distribute salt. Relax and soak feet for 20 minutes.
